There are 8 studio apartments, each with its own kitchenette and garden balcony, plus an ocean view 3 bedroom unit with a large kitchen and rooftop terrace. Five of the studios are larger and can sleep up to 4 people, 3 smaller for a maximum of 2 people.

Outdoor Features

A big draw for clients to these units is the private terrace where guests can immerse themselves in Caribbean living with their own hammock, table, and chairs. The water filtration system in place for the hotel purifies the water, making it drinking quality everywhere on site.

Around the corner of this walled property is a picturesque roofed wooden structure with hardwood flooring and gorgeous tropical flowers and fauna around the perimeter. Accompanied by the sounds of nature, this space can be used for yoga or fitness classes, workshops, private or group therapy sessions, or events. Next to the open structure is an outdoor kitchen, that is used by caters to prepare meals and a huge garage perfect for storing the tools and appliances needed.

Grounds and Landscaping

The grounds are impeccably maintained, with herbs, orchids, flowers, and colorful plants at every turn. In the far corner next to the slack line and library nook is a separate covered BBQ area and dining tables. Between the BBQ hut and the rooms is a large swimming pool with an interesting shape.

Manager’s Apartment

Located at the top of the main structure there is an oversized 175m2, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with stunning views looking over the green trees to the ocean. It can be kept just as a much larger rental option or split into more rentable units for more income potential. Currently, it is occupied by the managers of Hooked. The living area is spacious and open plan, with wooden beam finishes, and newly installed countertops. Outside there is an oversized sun-soaked terrace, but it also could be converted into rentable space.
